What is a moral right? - A moral duty is like a right we expect to have however rights comes with responsibilities and duties. (freedom of speech)
What are human rights? - A fundamental right and entitlements that applies to all human beings regardless of age, gender,sex,nationality and ethnic origins. (right to life)
What are political rights? - When you have the right to vote, freedom of speech and freedom of expression. (rights to a fair trail)
What is a moral rule? - A morale rule is something you believe in and is right or wrong in your opinion. (marriage)
What is a legal rule? - A legal rule is something which is alaw that apllies to everyone. (murder)
Balancing right and responsibilities - With rights come resposibilities, e.g wanting rights to drive a car, responsibility to drive safe enough to keep it.
Home school agreement - Statement explaining childs school aims/ values and responsibility towards pupils, responsibility of pupils parents / expectations of pupils. (regular school attendence)
Age-related rights and responsibilities - 10 year olds are thought to be capable of committing a crime, and old enough to stand trial and be convicted.
