Representation and Immigration Reform

Representation 

• Struggle with minority representation in congress, only 3% of the senate is african american 
• However the house is a lot better, 46 african americans in the house 
• Presidents have all been white apart from one 
• However in 2008 Obama elected president, getting better 
• Trumps cabinet bad in terms of representation, only two women on cabinet 
• However it is just a blip, Obamas cabinet having 9 women 
• Congress struggles with representing non religous people, only 2% atheists 
• However does work well representing…
