Removal of Judges

Extended course 

• A judge retires at 70. 
• Cab be extended with the permission of Lord Chancellor. 

Removal of Inferior Judges

• Done by the Lord Chancellor for Incapacity (result of making too many mistakes)
• Or misbehaviour (Judge comits a crime)
• This is possible but is very rare.
