Capital Punishment in the U.K

In 1965 the UK parliment voted to abolish capital punishment.

Arguments for :-

- Retribution - Terrorists and murderers deserve to die-'a life for a life'

-Dettereance - THe death penalty deters people from doing the crimes because they kow if they commit them they will die.
