What is litugical worship and why is it important?

• Liturgical worship is a set type of worship/pattern.It is when christians come together in churches and say a fixed text from the book of common prayers.
• A quote from the book of common prayers is "come let us bow down in worship, let us kneel down before the lord, our maker."
