when does life begin?
Many religions believe that life beings at different stages. Many religious believers such as catholics belive life beings at conseption
- the back bone forms
- at the first heart beat
- at viability ( whent the baby can survive outside the womb)
- at birth (many athiests beileve this)
Muslims (Islamic religion) belive in ensloument which takes place at 40-120 days.
key words:
quality of life: the ablity to live a happy life where you are free from illness and
sanctiity of life: the thought that all life is sacred and valued as it was created by God.
pro-life: the fact that the unborn child has the right to live
pro-choice: supports the rights of the mother and considers her situations
Is a baby a mirricle of life?
some religious belivers may agree with this statement as:
- every child is unique
- allows human race to continue and life is special
- part of Gods creations ~ we are all made in the image of God~
- explores the wonders of science ( IVF)
some people may dissagree with this statement as :
- it is only nature - reproduction happens naturally and often
- it may only be a mirricle if the child was difficult to conseave or if the mother had issues during pregnancy
why are children seen as a blessing?
- made in the image of God
- a child is seen as a gift from God
- the bible says they are a blessing
- forfillment of life
- the human race could not continue without them
