What are reflexes?

Reflexes are automatic responses to certain stimuli. eg. when someone shines a bright light in your eye, your pupils get smaller automatically, meaning less light gets into your eyes so they don't get damaged.

How do reflexes work?

The reflex arc is the path taken by electrical impulses involved in reflex actions
