The Race Relations Act 1976 is a key act that provides protections from racial discrimination, either direct or indirect, in the fields of housing, employment, education and the provision of goods, facilities and services.

  • The Race Relations Act recognises that every individual should be protected against discrimination in employment (when applying for a job whislt in employment)
