  • Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum and Ribosomes - Makes the protein
  • Golgi Apparatus - Folds and finishes the protein
  • Plasma Membrane - Allows secretion
  • Mitochondria - Produces ATP in order to move the vesicle along the cytoskeleton
  • Cytoskeleton - Allows the vesicles to be moved around

  • DNA cannot leave the nucleus due to its size.
  • The DNA is replicated.
  • Transcription makes the DNA copy into MRNA.
