Primo De Rivera

Primo De Rivera was a major army general and fought in Morocco, Cuba and the Philippines. 

In 1921, Spain suffered a major defeat in Morocco in the Battle of Annual, and the majority of the blame for this failure was placed on Alfonso XIII.
