Amnioscentesis vs Chorionic Villus Sampling

Both are used to diagnose chromosonal or genetic disorders. They can also be used for gender determination as well as determining whether a child will have a hare lip or such.

15-20 weeks pregnant, mostly 18th. 11-13 weeks for early Amnioscentesis

10-12 weeks on average. preffered for under 15 weeks. can be as early
