They were Normads, so moved from place to place depending on where the food and good weather was.

They had no system of writing.

They had 2 main theories of disease, Natural and Supernatural. 

Women and families would do the natural cures.

Medicine men would dothe supernatural cures.

They had very simple instruments, all of which were made from either bone, stone or wood. EG: spears, bows&arrows, axes, knives, and scrapers. 

Other fine and delicate tools, made of flint and obsidian show that surgery did happen.
