plot summary

play that revoles around the apparent suicide of a young women- Eva Smith. the birling family are visited by inspector goole. he arrives as they are celebrating the engagemnet of Sheila Birling & Gerald Croft. Inspector tells Eva Smith has taken her own life by drinking bleach. family are confused as to why he's come to see them. what follows is a tense, uncomfortable investigation- the family realise they are all caught up in her death.
