Velocity and Distance-Time Graphs

Speed and velocity are both measured in m/s (or km/h or mph). They both simply say how fast something is going, but there's a suitable dofference.

  • Speed is just how fast you're going (for example 30mph or 20m/s) with no regard to the direction.
  •  Velocity must also have the direction specified (for example 30mph north
