Components of fitness - Health 

Staminathe ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort.

E.g. A marathon runner will need to run for a long period of time at a prolonged effort.

Speed - the rate at which somenoe is able to move/operate.

E.g. In a 100m sprint the performer will need speed to do well and get a good time/position.

Strength - the quality or state of bbeing physicallly strong.
