Paley's issues with the design argument

Palsy argues that we do not know about watchmaking as we may have never seen a watchmaker at work, nor are we able to make a watch ourselves. So, we cannot be sure that a watchmaker made the watch. This is similar to the universe, we have never seen a universe being made and is we cannot say it has a designer.
