Oxygen Transport
Oxygen is transported by haemoglobin, made up of 4 polypeptide chains bound to 4 haem groups
Each haem group can carry one oxygen molecule making oxyhaemoglobin
Haemoglobin has a high affinity for oxygen - wants to bond with it
