- Obesity is a term which describes somebody who is extremly over weight, carrying a high degree of body fat.
- Males are adviced to eat upto 2500 calories a day, on the other hand women should eat from 1500 up to 2000.
Genetic traits can be percieved from the parents, for example children may find losing weight much harder than everybody else, slow metabolism, large appetite.
Children can get used to eating large portions of unhealthy foods such as take aways and processed foods. This is why they may carry this on later on in life and keep on gaining weight.
No excersise leads to eaten calories turn into the excess fat, this is why everyone, especially obese people need to do some sort of physical activity at least a few times a week, for example going for a power walk, a jog or even swimming.
Unhealthy diet obviously contains a lot of fatty foods which are very unhealthy, for example take aways, other fast foods such as mcdonald etc. All the things which contain a lot of saturated fats and sugars which are not good.
