• Aquinas assumes God designs Natural Law and our ultimate purpose is to be with God

5 Primary Precepts of Natural Law

P - Preservation of Life

O - Ordered Society

W - Worshipping God

E - Educating the youth

R - Reproduction

Secondary Precepts

• Do not kill the innocent
• Respect the Rule of Law
• Appreciate beauty - go to Church
• Pursue knowledge and truth
• Do not abort, no contreception
