'Unlawful killing' Some professionals in Emergency Services may legally take a life under certain circumstances. e.g Doctors are not liable for murder if they switch off life support.
Lawful homicide can also be in the form of self defence if the D has used no more than reasonable force in the circumstances.
'Reasonable Creature in Being' Killing of a foetus or a person in PVS is not murder.
'Under the Queens peace' Soldiers are not liable for murder during War Time.
