Perpare slide

1. Add a drop of water to clean side

2. -Cut onion

-separate into layers

-Use tweezers to take off epidermal tissue from the bottom of layers

3. Use tweezers to place epidermal tissue onto drop of water

4. Add iodine solution (stain, which highlights objects)

5. -Place cover slip carefully on top of the specimen

If you want to use it, cover it up and test yourself until you know what to expect when the 6 marker is somehow on Microscopy.

Feedback from my science teacher:

-you have to increase magnification anyway

-you have to use the coarse adjustment knob to bring the stage up just below the objective lens. Make sure it's in focus
