It was an American Aid plan which aimed to help European Countries
It Helped 16 countires in total  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway,  Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and western Germany.
