  • asked to recreate two of the seen faces, one using photo fit and the other using e fit
  • participant got to recreate each face twice - once from memory and then again with the face seen
  • accuracy of faces assessed by independent judges ratings on familiarity and matching the accuracy
  • e fit seen to be more accurate than photo fit only when familiar face wa constructed with the photo seen
