Macbeth: is a very ambitious nobleman. He murders the King of Scotland and takes his place as King. He was very easily influenced by his wife and her cleverly said words was he did not want to look like a 'coward'. He gets murdered by Macduff at the end of act 5.

Lady Macbeth: Macbeth's Wife.Persuades him to kill Duncan. She is very clever and quick-witted; bvery ruthless compared to Macbeth. She is much stronger than he husband; would kill her own baby. She has her childern muredered out of spit in Act 4. Eventually goes mad and kills herself in act 5.
