AIM- to investigate how information supplied after an event, influences a witness's memory for that event

METHOD- both lab experiments, both independent measures design                                         Independent variable is the verb used in the critical question                                                     Dependent variable is the estimate of speed in exp. 1 and whether the participant saw broken glass in exp. 2
