Light

Light:

1. Carries energy

2. Sun is a light source: Luminous

4. Objects reflects light from the sun e.g. the moon

5. Light comes in different colours, these mix together

6. Light can only travel in straight lines

7. The light travels from the sun to the book which reflects light into my eye

8. Opaque: Cannot see through e.g. trousers

9. Translucent: Not completely see through e.g. tights

10. Transparent: See through e.g. glass or water

Refraction is the way light seems to bend as it travels through different materials e.g. As light enters glass…
