By 1935, the Nazis had closed down more than 1600 newspapers. the anti-Nazi journalist were fired and everything approved by the propaganda ministry. This worked to control the people because as it only showed the Nazi's doing good things and only spread bad things about the Jews.

Films

Over 100 films were made a year and brought in 250 million audiences. These films spread hate about the Jews. This worked to control the people because they had to be shown to Goebbels before they released to make sure I portrayed a good Nazi message and the enemies are bad e.g. Jews and political parties.
