Computer Misuse Act 1990

The piece of legislation made to address computer misuse was the CMA 1990. It makes a few of the common issues people face on computers illegal. You cannot gain unauthorised access to computer material, access a computer with intent to use it to commit further offences, you cannot modify computer material.
