Continuous reinforcement- recieving a reward for every performance of a behaviour. Results in low but steady response rate, high extinction rate if reinforcement is withheld.
Partial reinforcement- offer rewards for only some instances of the behaviour.
Fixed ratio schedule (FR)- correlation between reinforcement and number of behaviours performed. Produce high, steady response rates, but rapid extinction.
