Vilna - When the Austria - Hungarian Empire broke up, countries like Lithunia and Poland were formed. Vilna was capital of Lithunia but many wanted to be Polish, so Poland invaded and Lithunia asked League for help. League told Poland to leave but they wouldn't and League wouldn't act without support from other countries.
