Authoritarian or Autocratic
- Central, clearly defined directives.
- Disadvatange that there is no room for subordinate input, leading to dissatisfaction, e.g, 'put it there'.
Laissez Faire
- The opposite of autocratic, allowing subordinates the freedom to make decisions within broad guidelines.
- This allows for innovation but may leave subordinates the freedom to make decisions within broad guidlines.
