No one is above the law: everyone, including the government, have to follow the law. The law suits everyone so everyone is treated the same. 

No punishment without law: you cannot be charged with a criminal offence that you did not commit.

Judges should protest our rights: a judge has to be fair and make sure people's rights are protected. UK citizens can challenge the government through courts.
