Regular exersize and a balanced diet is what is needed to keep a healthy body.

Too little food leads to a person to be underweight and may be exposed to certain illness- this person is known as anorexic 

On the other hand too much food and not enough exersize leads the body to be overweight and they will be exposed to different types of illness- this person is known as obese.
