Brazing - this is a way of bonding materials using a brazing rod.

First you need to clean the two metals that you are joining together using a flux. You then place the brazing rod over where you are joining the metals and heat the brazing rod till it melts.

The brazing rod acts as a filler between the two metals. The melting point of the brazing rod must be below the melting points of the two metals.

Brazing forms a very strong joint.
