Equipment:
- Lipase solution.
- Test tube x2.
- Milk.
- Phenolphthalein indicator.
- Sodium carbonate
- Water bath.
- Thermometer.
- Calibrated dropping pipette.
- Stopwatch.
- Glass rod.
- Ice.
Method:
1. Measure out 5cm cubed of lipase solution and add it to a test tube. Label this tube with an 'L'.
2. Measure out 5cm cubed of milk into a different test tube.
3. Add 5 frops of indicator to the milk tube.
4. Then measure out 7cm cubed of sodium carbonate into the milk tube…
