Inclusive words about God

The problem

• many people think father & king have too many overtones; people can get wrong  impression 
• some people have no experience of father figure or bad experience of father figure(drunk, violent, abusive) and for them calling God 'father' is not positive- their everyday experience undermines what they're trying to imagine
• 'King' is old-fashioned, not many people live in countries that are ruled by King, some countries the king is often the equivalent of dictator & abuses his…
