B Cells display antigen on its surface. The T Helper cells then stick to the displayed antigen, Plasma cells then produce antibodies which attach to the pathogen and destroy it.

Memory Cells are produced which speed up the reaction when a secondary infection occurs. This causes the Response to be more rapid, so pathogen
