Person centred therapy->Looking at the way you behave in your immediate situation. It is a non-directive talking therapy where the therapist encourages the client to express their inner feelings. Using the "mirror" technique where they listen to what the client is saying then reflecting back the clients thoughts and feelings. +This approach ensures that the client has their own free will meaning that there is no ethical issues with this therapy as its self consent. +the therapy is still used today. -This approach is unscientific and un-reliable as it relys on the client being truthful.
