Extreme tourism - Antarctica

Extreme tourism is tourism in an environment where survivial is difficult. This includes deserts, mountains and rainforests. The amount of people doing extreme tourism has increased as people want adventure. Many of them do not want packaged holidays and want something different. As air travel expands and people have a higher disposable income, companies have realised that many people are willing to pay for a specialised extreme holiday.
