How did the american revolution really start?

The real background of how it all happened 

A lot of people (british subjects) living in Britain were fed up with the iron rule and ridiculous taxes. They sailed away and colonised the first land they hit. Thus America was born.

However, England was not happy with the subjects, claiming they had commited treason and attempted to force their rules on America. They saw America had good natural resources and a bountiful supply of gold and wanted a piece. 

England was also in the midst of a a great stage of industrialization and wanted to keep control on any 'competition' as well as derive an income from the huge amounts of taxes they imposed on the colonists, the goods from or produced in the colonies and even, in some cases, they goods exported from America (with tax) , taxed…
