HOW A POTOMETER IS USED

-Cut shoot diagonally underwater

-and insert into a capillary tube

-Secure shoot using a rubber tubing

-On The other end of the capillary tube

-attach a water reservior (syringe with water)

-plunger is used

-to introduce air bubble into the capillary tube

-Air bubble is allowed to settle

-for a few minutes

-Shoot is subjected to different condition
