Homeostasis

  • The conditions inside the body must remain stable
  • Water is for substances to dissolve and for chemical reactions to take place
  • Too much water can cause swelling 
  • Temperature is also kept constant so the the enzymes that help reactions occur work quickly
  • Sweat is produced in the sweat glands
  • THE CONTROL OF WATER IN THE BODY IS CALLED OSMOREGULATION
