Sparticists

The Sparticists wanted a real social revolution, like the one in Russia. Their leader was Rosa Luxemburg. They were not prepared to work with the social democrats, they didn't trust Ebert to look after working class people. There were two views about the next stage of revolution

1. They would wait until workers were disillusioned with Ebert's government. 

2. They would seize power from Social Democrats straight away while Berlin was still in turmoil.
