Charles I wasnt exactly the perfect king. He had many weaknesses. Such as ; Greedy, relied on everyone else and MONEY. He wasnt very good with money and he always forced rich people to lend some to him. Also, parliament shut down because of him. I am struggling to think of strengths but he was very determined when it came to war and his country, he was also a devoted father, and a noteworthy patron of the arts... Charles was decorous, chaste, and a devoted monarch.
