Just as it says above, health is not merely the absence of disease and infirmity. It is a positive state of complete mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Health can be improved by taking part in exercise as it builds up fitness levels. This should allow people to lead an active life and get through their daily life more comfortably. Regular exercise also helps to keep people healthy by preventing illness.
