  • Excersise most people feel better after taking exersise & regular exersise has important long term health benefits. In long-term situations, effective caring should involve opporutnities for appropriate exersise.
  • Nutrition contributes to the quality of life in a number of ways. People need a balanced diet in order to remain healthy. Varied and appetising food can contribute to a good quality of life.
