- Work settings have to have procedures in place for reporting injuires, diseases and incidents.
- Employers have to provide information and training on reporting.
- Meet requirements of the law
- Kept in case further information is required
- In case service users/ employers situation worsens.
- In case legal action is taken.
- To inform relatives.
