Havisham:

Oximoronic language- 'beloved sweetheart *******' Shows that she once had feelings for him but that has been reduced to bitterness and hatred which fuels her revenge. The alliteration of the 'b' emphasizes her anger and frustration.

Colour imagery - 'dark green pebbles for eyes'  green conveys envy. The fact that her eyes are this colour suggests that she's completely consumed and that her fury comes from within her, not controllable. 'Dark' also connotes evil, suggesting she…
