Amino acid

  • Haemoglobin is a protein so it is a ploymer and the monomers are amino acids. Every amino acid ha an carboxylic group and amino group. 
  • 2 amino acids join together to form a dipeptide. Hydrogen is removed from the amino group of one amino acid and a oxygen and another hydrogen atom is removed from the amino group
