What is green crime? - Green crime can be defined as bringing damage to the environment - it is not always defined as being illegal. White defines green crime as ‘any actions that harms the physical environment and any creatures that live within in, even if no law has technically been broken’ 

What are some examples of green crime? - Air and water pollution and deforestation. 

What is primary green crime? - Inherently destructive crimes that are the direct result of the destruction of the planet and its recourses e.g., illegal logging. 

What are secondary green crimes? - A less direct green crime which involves breaking laws and existing regulations and environmental destruction being a side effect to this e.g., dumping toxic waste and breaches of health and safety rules.
